Your Tasks
During the placement you will be exposed to:

Create e-mail communication regarding product updates and changes

Create automated text messages to be sent based on certain triggers

Develop newsletters in html

Manage small communication projects
Your Profile
Are you a student of English and/or German language? Do you want to become a journalist or work as a writer for an agency? Are you preparing for a career in Public Relations or wish to become a Direct Marketing or CRM expert?
You are:

Someone with excellent American English skills like a native speaker

Familiar with Internet services

Organized, with good interpersonal communication skills

Customer and service-oriented

Someone with excellent German skills

Someone familiar with customer communication activities

Detail-oriented
This position is based in Karlsruhe, Germany, a city close to the Black Forest and near the German border to France.
