Aufgaben

The primary function of your position is new customer acquisition. This includes:

• The entire process starting with research in the web or in our database (CRM system) for potential customers as well as campaign consulting, solution selling, negotiation and closing.
• You will focus primarily on US companies seeming to benefit from the campaigns we offer to improve their standing in the Social Media.
• Moreover you will deal with companies which already collaborated with us and
• Ensure the information in our CRM system is up-to-date.
• Goals to be achieved each month and quarter respectively will be defined together with the sales manager. Fulfilling your goals is expected, exceeding them is welcome, too – it's all up to you.

Anforderungen

To us, far more important than your formal education and academic title is your personal expertise and ability:

• Sales expertise especially on the phone, and ideally even in in the scope of advertisements and campaigns to commercial customers
• Native English speaker with fluent German skills
• Proven ability to communicate, insist with patience and negotiate via telephone and email
• Detail oriented and organized; effective time management skills
• Highly motivated with the desire to be successful, “hunter mentality”
• Experience with and affinity to MS Office, the web, social networks and CRM systems
