Design researchers specialize in discovering, analyzing, and communicating user needs. They use qualitative and quantitative user research to prioritize design work and communicate results to other members of the team.

User experience (UX) designers craft experiences that connect people with our products and services in meaningful, enduring ways. A UX designer employs market and user research, user journey, wireframes, and prototypes.

Visual designers use their expertise in typography, layout, color, etc. to make emotional connections and to elicit intuitive, intelligent responses from an audience. Pixel-perfect precision and expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design software are a must.

Front-end developers make design concepts tangible. They require well-developed web and mobile programming skills.
