1,Assist Front Office Manager in execution of the management of staff
2,Interact with guest at all opportunities, play a customer contact role
Being creative with every opportunity of offering efficient check in and check out
3,Coordinating with related front office sections about the guest whom reserved transportation service will receive express check in and checkout service
4,Ensuring front office personnel able to provide assistance and offer general information on hotel facilities and services to guest
5,Ensuring guest history/preference is always maintained and updated and the front office personnel is well knowledgeable of well using guest history/preference tool
Major in hospitality; or relevant background.
Relevant experience in international hotels preferred.
Outstanding communication and organization skill.
Good written and oral English.
